This opportunity is based on a Quality Inspector career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to read, understand, and follow quality procedures, work instructions, and production documentation.

2 years of previous Quality Inspector, Quality Control Inspector, QC Technician, or related inspection experience.

Manufacturing, production, or warehouse quality assurance experience preferred.

Experience identifying product defects and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Good visual acuity with the ability to detect defects, inconsistencies, and nonconforming products.

Strong communication skills with the ability to report quality concerns clearly.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

Frequent use of hands and vision for detailed product inspections.

Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive inspection tasks.

Inspect products and materials to identify defects, damage, or quality issues.

Verify products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.

Maintain quality control throughout the inspection process.

Document, report, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors or production teams.

Follow established quality procedures, inspection methods, and work instructions.

Assist in identifying root causes and resolving product quality issues.

Support production goals while ensuring product quality and perform additional duties as assigned.
