Head of Programme Management

Are you driven by a passion to help children? If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Program Manager for our Children's Residential Service Program. This is a supervisory and administrative position. Provides general oversight of Children's Service Treatment Program for quality services, safety, and compliance with appropriate regulations and standards. Program Manager Responsibilities Assumes leadership role in departmental and team decisions.

Plan and implement effective activities and outings, using time, materials and resources effectively.

Maintain a regular presence in each residential site and provide support, coaching and mentoring for employees.

Works effectively with other Program Managers.

Provide on-call support and direction to employee's through telephone communications and being physically present within a minimal amount of time, if needed.

Manage and/or provide direction to individuals served during crisis situations.

Works positively toward meeting identified personal and departmental improvement goals.

Realistic with individuals served over perceptions and values, along with building team skills.

Qualifications Preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field.

Other Job Details Hours: This position works 12 hour shifts with 4 additional hours on Wednesday mornings. This position works with our residential evening shift so covers evenings and weekends.
