Physician led non-profit Health System seeks two anesthesiologists - one general and one cardiac - two hours east of Dallas TX! And two hours from Little Rock Arkansas Caring and warm Texas town words can't describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are!
This role:

• 17 CRNAs
• $686k base salary for cardiac - doing own cases
• $650k for general
• $10k quality bonuses, 700k package
• You can do both general or cardiac, or both
• 1:3 call

Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout 3 states
A physician-led group with its own board of directors
All leaders are paired with physicians in all decision making
