TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)
Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
Manage and titrate drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, and Procardia per physician orders
Care for patients with obstetric, antepartum, post-partum, post-surgical GYN, and high-risk diagnoses including hypertension and diabetes in pregnancy
1:1 for actively laboring patients)
Participate in unit orientation including classroom training and supervised floor shifts
Adhere to facility fingernail policy; artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas
Active RN licensure
Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Must achieve a passing score of 90% or higher on the unit orientation skills exam
Experience with high-risk obstetric populations including antepartum and post-surgical GYN patients
Familiarity with AWHONN guidelines and labor and delivery staffing ratios
Experience titrating obstetric drips in a clinical setting
Work on a recognized Blue Distinction+ unit known for high patient experience scores and a breastfeeding-friendly environment
