Server/Bartender- Nights/Weekends

As a Bartender, you’re at the heart of the fun—creating exceptional guest moments through great drinks, lively energy, and genuine connection. You’ll prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately according to Pickle N Pins recipes and standards.

Deliver outstanding guest service—engaging with guests, taking orders, and anticipating their needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment.

Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.

Assist with restocking supplies, inventory counts, and end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Collaborate with servers, bar backs, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred (restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality setting)

Excellent guest service and communication skills with a fun, upbeat personality

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Current Bar Card, Responsible Vendor, or equivalent alcohol service certification (where applicable)
