At Midland Physical Therapy, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and have the opportunity to deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, and a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinicians focus on helping patients restore mobility, improve function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.

Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.

Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
