Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers

Now Hiring: 1:1 LPN or RN – Classroom & School Bus Nurse
Kentwood, MI
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for a student in the Kentwood area.
Schedule

Monday – Thursday
Classroom Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
School Bus Coverage: Start and end times TBA

Responsibilities

Administer tube feedings
Monitor and implement seizure care plan
Follow and manage asthma action plan
Provide skilled nursing care throughout the school day
Communicate effectively with school staff, family, and agency personnel
Document care provided according to agency policies

Qualifications

Current Michigan LPN or RN license in good standing
CPR BLS certification
Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
