Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical procedures.
Experience working in a primary care or outpatient clinic environment.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly EPIC.
Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and other clinical procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to registered nurses or physicians.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and support clinical operations efficiently.
