Job Summary As a Nursing Supervisor, oversee nursing staff and unit-based personnel in our clinic. Foster professional nursing practices, shared decision-making, and teamwork for positive outcomes. Assist the Nursing Manager with daily operations, policies, budgets, and quality improvement efforts. Oversee your team to deliver safe, efficient care meeting each patient's specific needs. Evaluate nursing practices for quality and efficiency, improving performance, incorporating best practices and research for continuous improvement. You will coordinate patient care conferences and meetings, focusing on patient and family needs. Implement compassionate care practices effectively. You will advocate for nurses, patients, and families, discussing concerns and resolving ethical issues that come up.
