Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Monday–Friday, No Weekends or Holidays | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy treatments to adult oncology patients in an ambulatory treatment setting
Monitor patients during chemotherapy infusions and respond to adverse reactions or complications
Provide patient education related to chemotherapy regimens, side effects, and supportive care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary oncology team to coordinate individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission
Chemotherapy certification required
Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
Chemotherapy administration experience required
Ambulatory or outpatient setting experience required
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a high-volume oncology treatment or infusion center
Familiarity with oncology care protocols and evidence-based chemotherapy practices
Strong patient communication and education skills in an outpatient environment
