Event Bookkeeper

Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and customer account activity.

The Bookkeeper will perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and account reviews to ensure accuracy.

Enter and maintain financial data within the company’s accounting system.

Prepare and post journal entries while supporting accurate financial reporting.

Monitor unit cost variances and assist with establishing cost standards for materials and labor.

The Bookkeeper will support the accounting team with special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.

2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger processes.
