Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Full and Part Time, All Shift

Salary Range: $45.00 and up. Shifts: All shifts! Full‑time, part‑time, on call welcome.

Sign‑on Bonus: $3,000.00

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for residents.

Must Have

Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state - New grads welcomed!

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care

Nice To Have

Direct care experience with multiple residents

Experience in a skilled nursing environment

Experience with PointClickCare
