Job Description
Title: Medical Assistant - Otolaryngology
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri, 5×8hr, 07:30-16:00
Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant in an adult outpatient setting
• Current WA license or COMPACT license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs (height/weight)
• Performing telephone triage and follow-up calls
• Assisting with authorization forms and insurance verification
• Handling pharmacy calls and refill requests
• Assisting with biopsies and related procedures in an otolaryngology setting

Compliance / Notes:

• Must be open to temp-to-hire at the end of the contract
• One pre-approved time off per posting
• Pre-employment onboarding will include labs, background checks, and physicals within 72 hours of offer acceptance
