Emergency Department (ER) RN - Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with a wide range of urgent and complex medical needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for Emergency Department patients
Provide routine and complex care in a fast-paced acute care environment
Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, treatments, and clinical outcomes
Educate patients, family members, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and available resources
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care
Complete required Emergency Department onboarding, orientation, and annual competency validations
Active Texas RN license or multistate compact RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
At least one year of Emergency Department or related acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills
