Your Role as a Caregiver
As a Caregiver at The Argyle, you will be at the heart of our residents' daily lives, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while ensuring they feel dignified, respected, and loved. Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support).
Providing companionship and engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes to nursing staff.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment while offering personalized touches that make residents feel at home.
