BreezeBio is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Research Associate or Senior Research Associate with hands‑on experience in performing in vivo studies to join our team. This full‑time position will report to the Group Lead - In Vivo and will be responsible for testing nanoparticle encapsulated therapeutic drugs in vivo. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative, resourceful, and effective team‑player who is enthusiastic about tackling challenging complex scientific and technical problems with novel approaches and solutions.

Qualification requirements Hands‑on experience with rodent handling, including but not limited to drug administration (IV, IM, IP, SC), anesthesia and organ harvest.

Familiarity with rodent models of immunological disorders and/or genetic diseases is a plus.

Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary matrixed teams, keep detailed and organized lab records, and present results at team meetings.

Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year (RA) or 3 years (SRA) of hands‑on in vivo experience.
