Hands-on exposure to aerospace-quality systems, manufacturing processes, customer requirements, and continuous improvement

Partner closely with Product Group Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, suppliers, and customers

Primarily office/manufacturing environment with the factory floor located within the same facility

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with prior Quality Engineering experience required.

Strong experience with AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Experience with 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plans, Fishbone Analysis, and root-cause problem solving.

Experience interpreting customer drawings, specifications, and internal quality requirements.

Experience with nonconforming material, internal rejections, customer returns, and corrective actions.

Exposure to mechanical and/or electrical inspection techniques.

Experience participating in or conducting internal, customer, supplier, and AS9100 audits.

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and quality concepts.
