What You’ll Do

We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home

Serve up the best part of the guest experience – the culinary experience

Follow our Service Steps as outlined

Double check each dish at Expo for accuracy, special requests, and timing

Garnish and finish every plate before it leaves the kitchen, following our recipe specs

Move with purpose and positivity, staying calm and focused even when the restaurant is buzzing

Ensure food arrives promptly, presented by seat numbers, and at the right temperature

Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards

Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality

Act as the link between the dining room and the kitchen, communicating effectively

Work with Chef and the kitchen to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo area so the kitchen runs efficiently through every rush

Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency

Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care

Participate in pre‑shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together

Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Interested?

Walk in any day of the week between lunch and dinner service (2-5 PM). Ask for a manager; we never miss the chance to meet top talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred

Ability to multi‑task while staying organized

Ability to stand on your feet through a shift

High School Degree or GED required
