Microsoft Office Excel and Word experience, required
Financial institution experience, preferred
Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Apply basic math, spelling, and data accuracy skills
Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with diverse individuals and stakeholders
Meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality
Route Silver Cloud inquiries to the appropriate staff members
Maintain lobby materials, ensuring information is current, stocked, and organized
Retrieve and prepare documents in response to subpoena requests
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist members with travel notices for debit and credit cards
17.00 - $20.00 per hour
