(Changing lightbulbs, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors, painting)Providing upkeep of the appearance of the building and property by sweeping hallways, stairs, and storage spaces, including restroom areas.Cleaning vacated units on a timely basis and preparing units for future rentals.Reporting maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures and unsafe conditions to management.Conducting daily storage unit inspections; confirming inventory availability and ensuring spaces are ready to be rented.Work independently with minimal supervision.Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.use handheld tools and equipment.You must have the ability to work Saturdays.You may be required to travel daily to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.
