MIG Welder/Welding Fabricator

Assembly Operator/ MIG WelderAs an Assembly Operator/ MIG Welder at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.Essential Functions:• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Follow safety procedures and company guidelinesNon-Essential Functions:Other duties as assigned.Minimum Job Requirements:• Prior MIG welding experience required• Experience with mechanical part assembly is a plus• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamEducation: High school diploma or GED.Experience: Entry Level Position.Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Read and interpret blue prints.Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment. Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.
