At Home Instead, we help older adults throughout Anne Arundel County remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Whether you have professional caregiving experience or are new to the field, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, and PCAs to join our growing team.
Flexible schedules - full-time, part-time, days, evenings, and weekends

No Experience? Many of our caregivers started with little or no professional experience. If you have a caring heart and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need.
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Help with errands and transportation to appointments
Support clients with dementia or hospice needs
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Ability to communicate in English
