The Laborer is responsible for supporting plant operations in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production floor. Hourly rate based on experience. Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 12 pm - 9 pm with extended hours on an as-needed basis.Performing manual material separation for processingRemoving non-compliant materials during the sorting processHandling and storage of incoming materials in the appropriate area of the plantGeneral plant housekeeping inside and outside the buildingReporting equipment issues to supervisor/maintenance staffWhat you need to succeed:0-2 years' experience in an industrial environmentExperience working in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills & Competencies:High awareness to safety at all timesAbility to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrityAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to operate equipment properly and safelyStrict adherence to OSHA and company policies.RMR offers a competitive Benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k match, as well as voluntary benefits such as short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
