The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas at Plum Market. This role is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, cookware, and kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning floors, walls, coolers, and other surfaces. The Dishwasher ensures a safe and sanitary environment that supports food safety and smooth back-of-house operations. You value inclusion and contribute to a respectful, collaborative workplace.

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a structured environment.

Strong sense of urgency and attention to sanitation and safety practices.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, cutting boards, and kitchen equipment.

Clean and maintain all kitchen surfaces, including floors, walls, sinks, coolers, and work areas.

Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and tools in accordance with safety standards.

Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks when needed and support team cleanliness efforts.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
