Registered Nurse- Child Health Clinic

Registered Nurse Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum
Provide postpartum and antepartum care to patients. Float within the necessary skill set, including care for level II nursery patients. Ensure adherence to baby-friendly protocols and rooming-in practices. Administer medications and perform assessments, including fundus and lochia care. Educate parents on breastfeeding, circumcision care, and discharge procedures. Manage staff coordination and patient care for a daily census of 15-30. Engage in interdisciplinary support with various healthcare teams. Utilize equipment for administering medications and performing tests. Maintain compliance with all patient safety protocols and standards of care.
