Supporting the promotion and use of Advanced Trade Analytics Platform (ATAP) analytic or case management products in an operational environment, including leading technology demonstrations, development projects, and other efforts related the ATAP acquisition program; formulating project plans; Serving as liaison between ATAP and stakeholders to support operationalization of ATAP deliverables.

Providing support and collaboration with stakeholder groups across organizational lines to develop and validate project requirements and operational needs based on customer input.

Providing support in the development of measures that evaluate performance, recommendations for program improvement, and management of resources as corporate assets.

Utilizing Agile development principles to assist in developing project requirements and technical solutions for complex technology initiatives.

Collaborating with Federal agencies and customer stakeholders to acquire, validate, and document operational project requirements.

Providing technical advice on project management, process improvement, facilitation, and business case development.

Analyzing program effectiveness and software system requirements using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify improvements.

Supporting program planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation through project documentation, performance measures, and recommendations.
