Job Description
Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLP (KTTB) is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with construction defect experience to join our innovative practice in Irvine. This is a "hands‑on" role where you will be involved in every stage of complex civil litigation and construction defect work, working closely with partners to advocate for property owners and recover meaningful compensation across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
Prepare high‑quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct depositions and collaborate closely with technical experts and clients.
Work under partner supervision while taking ownership of assigned matters to drive results.
Qualifications
Active member of the California State Bar.
5 years of previous experience in plaintiffs’ work or construction defect litigation preferred; background in construction or engineering is a significant plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
