The Guest Room Attendant/Turndown Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping department.
Perform cleaning and turndown services in occupied, vacant, and check-out guest rooms according to Four Seasons standards.
Prepare rooms for evening occupancy by making beds, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, turning on music, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating any special requests.
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization.
Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.
Ability to understand and working knowledge of English.
Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts

Hourly: $26.25
