Clinical Liaison (RN / RRT)

At Select Specialty Hospital, a division of Select Medical, we care for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. Select Medical employs over 54,000 people across the country and provides quality care to approximately 100,000 patients each and every day across our four divisions.

You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities. Additionally, you will facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.

Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

You'll be a champion of The Select Medical Way, which includes: putting the patient first, helping to improve quality of life for the community in which you live and work, developing and exploring new ideas, providing high-quality care and doing well by doing what is right.

Work with physicians, discharge planners and patient's families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay by utilizing your strong clinical background, payer knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre-admissions and transfer processes through removing payer-related and operational barriers for the patients getting into our highly effective level of care.

What we're looking for in a Clinical Liaison:

Will consider other designations like LPN, PT, OT etc., Preferred skills that will make you a successful Clinical Liaison:

Superior communication and relationship building skills.

Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience is preferred, but extensive training is provided on this piece.
