Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 10, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
Assist with and support procedures including heart catheterizations performed on the unit
Operate unit equipment including EKG machines, DynaMaps, bladder scanners, vein finders, and telemetry monitors
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Float to other MedSurg/Telemetry floors as needed and adhere to unit dress code (ceil blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
Hands-on experience with Meditech EMR
Current ACLS certification (required prior to submission)
Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to qualify as a travel placement
Availability to work every other weekend or two full weekends per month

Strong time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient setting
