Garden Center Merchandiser - Seasonal

The ideal candidate will have plant knowledge and hands-on experience, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong customer service skills. Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments.
Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices.
Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed.
Work across multiple store locations when required.
Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager and promptly report any special requests or needs.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays.
Photos must be taken during each store visit and submitted to the Regional Manager.
