Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities

Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education

Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care

Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes

Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

Flexible scheduling

Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required )

2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)

Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
