Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and preventive care.
Qualifications:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Current Illinois state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
