ISO New England is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support technology modernization, operational improvements, market systems, enterprise applications, and business transformation efforts across the organization. This role works closely with stakeholders throughout the company to plan, coordinate, and execute projects that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource plans. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making discussions to maintain project momentum and accountability. Partner with stakeholders across Information Technology, Market Operations, System Operations, Settlements, System Planning and other business areas to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and proactively address project risks, obstacles, dependencies, and competing priorities. Communicate project status, key decisions, and significant issues to stakeholders and leadership. Support organizational prioritization efforts by providing project insight and delivery expertise. Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement activities, and best practices within the Project Management organization. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant field. Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, or departments. Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for project outcomes. Experience leading technology, operational improvement, enterprise application, or business process initiatives. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or business systems.
