• Supports general dealership operations by assisting with daily tasks that help maintain an organized, clean, and customer-ready environment. This role helps keep vehicles clean and properly placed, shuttles customers, and moves vehicles safely between locations and vendors. Availability for evenings and weekends may be required.

Check fuel levels and ensure retail units are adequately gassed.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery following established procedures.
Customer Support
Shuttle customers to and from the dealership when needed.
Assist with daily checks of retail inventory to ensure vehicles are clean, spaced properly, and ready for customer viewing.
Keep wholesale units in the designated area for timely pickup.
Help ensure service wash operations are functioning smoothly by checking wash cleanliness and reporting any issues with equipment.

Assist with the check-in process for new vehicles, including writing up units and reporting damage when required.
Help with used vehicle tasks such as reviewing units as requested, writing service/detail POs, and assisting with timely lot placement.
Facilities Support
Assist with snow removal efforts by moving vehicles, clearing walkways, and salting sidewalks as directed.
Help with building maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, bathroom batteries, and HVAC filters as assigned.
