LPN Primary Care Clinic - Full-time

The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

You will report directly to the Manager, Clinic Administrator.

You will have current licensure as an LPN or LVN

You will be administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature

You will be bilingual in English/Spanish

You will have phlebotomy experience

You will have experience with Electronic Medical Records

You will have experience with HEDIS

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
