You will lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems. This position requires deep technical expertise in infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.What You’ll Do:Architect and optimize infrastructure solutions to meet evolving business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across on-premises and cloud environments.Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and peers, ensuring best practices in infrastructure architecture and operations.Develop advanced automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and incident response using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.Drive infrastructure observability and resilience, implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies.Champion security and compliance by integrating advanced security controls, conducting risk assessments, and staying ahead of emerging threats.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure strategies with application requirements and business objectives.AI-driven operations, container orchestration, serverless architectures) to improve efficiency and innovation.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and operational excellence.Masters +2 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Advanced proficiency in infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform).Advanced knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).Ability to lead projects independently and influence technical decisions.AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Kubernetes Administrator).Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed.
