Estimator / Junior Estimator - Construction

Junior Estimator
Anchor Construction is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our growing team. This entry-level role supports the estimating department by assisting with quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor coordination, and bid preparation for civil construction projects, including utilities, concrete, earthwork, drainage, and roadway work.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
Obtain and track subcontractor/vendor quotes
Maintain estimating files and project cost data
Attend pre-bid meetings and occasional site visits
High school diploma or GED required; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
