RN Supervisor LTC/SNF Evening and/or Overnights 8-12 Hour Shifts at Menorah Park

Menorah Park is a 36‑acre, long‑standing community care facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high‑quality care. As RN Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team during evening and overnight schedules to deliver safe, resident‑centered care in a quiet neighborhood setting.

Base Pay Range

$89,000.00/yr – $99,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall functioning of the nursing service on off‑shift, evening, night, and select weekend days.

Manage the care of facility residents from admission through discharge, coordinating with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families.

Apply independent judgment, initiative, and problem‑solving to achieve clinical outcomes through team collaboration.

Manage IV medications, respiratory assessments, and treatments, and pass medications as needed.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with current, unrestricted state license.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facility settings.

Excellent communication, organization, and clinical decision‑making skills.
