Service Operations & Technology North America (SO&T NA) , part of Trucks Technology & Industrial Division (TTI), serves all brands and business areas by managing and optimizing service parts availability and distribution to secure customer uptime. Through our operations, we provide world class service focusing on delivery precision, quality, continuous improvement, cost efficiency and synergies delivering value all the way to our customers. Responsibilities SO&T is a part of TTI and consists of 40 distribution centers across the United States and Canada. We strive for an innovative and diverse workplace, exercising the Volvo Group values with high focus on Customer Success. Responsible for the picking, packing and completion of Dealer orders in a safe and timely manner

Responsible for the put-away of inbound material according to prescribed procedures while meeting benchmarks set by management and the company

Ensure all orders are completed with quality as a constant objective while working towards zero errors

Participate in all Safety/Quality/Environmental and Improvement programs

Participate in all company initiatives such as the Employee Survey, Idea Generation and VPS

Must be available to work any/flexible warehouse shift schedule

Must be flexible and be available to work overtime on an as needed basis including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays

Complies with company rules and policies and follows instructions from supervisory and management personnel

Authorized to complete the put-away process of inbound material with the exception of irregularities must be modified or addressed by a Supervisor or other authorized personnel

Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 3 to 6 months related material handling equipment experience.

Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis

Proficiency in the English language, required, as all documentation is in English

Physical Demands to be met with or without accommodation Required to be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 75 lbs rarely

Required to work at heights up to 25 feet, on raised platform equipment
