In dieser Rolle sind Sie maßgeblich an der Gewinnung neuer Talente beteiligt und arbeiten eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen. Daher ist eine Remote‑Tätigkeit leider nicht möglich. Sie betreuen den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess von der Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten bis hin zur Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber und tragen so aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Ihre Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Recruiting‑Prozesse ein.
IHRE AUFGABEN - WAS SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN KÖNNEN:
Gewinnung von Bewerbern auf strategischer und operativer Ebene, einschließlich direkter Ansprache passender Zielgruppen (Active Sourcing)
Prüfung von Bewerbungsunterlagen und Begleitung des Auswahlprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen und Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit potenziellen Bewerbern
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting‑Prozessen und Einbringen neuer Ideen
QUALIFIKATIONEN
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine fachbezogene Weiterbildung
Alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Interesse an Social‑Media‑Kanälen und beruflichen Netzwerken sowie die Fähigkeit, relevante Zielgruppen gezielt zu erreichen
Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Hohe Motivation, Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft‑Office‑Anwendungen
