As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing high-quality menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always
Execute all menu items with proper technique, timing, and attention to detailAssist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup
Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment
Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth
