Nurse- Safety & Emergency Management

What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:

Conduct patient assessments, triage, and clinical evaluations to support timely, effective care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to acute or emergent medical needs
Support intake screenings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation and nursing records
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical staff, and operational teams
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards
Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care that promotes patient trust and positive outcomes
Assist with emergency response efforts, stabilization, and crisis intervention when needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to perform effectively in structured, high-volume healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications
~ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
