This role supports building operations through preventive maintenance, work order completion, and general repairs while representing Forefront in a professional manner within the client facility.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is an full-time hourly position. Expected hours may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call, and emergency response as needed.Pay Rate: $18-$24/hr based on experience and certificationEssential Functions and DutiesComplete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasksPerform routine repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systemsAssist with inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance activitiesSupport equipment moves, minor installations, and facility improvementsMaintain accurate documentation of completed tasksFollow all safety protocols and Forefront standardsInteract professionally with client staff and report issues to the Lead or ManagerParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredPerform other duties as assignedGeneral Responsibility as Required for PositionResponsible for acting in conformance with all facility and departmental policies and procedures including those relating to Human Resources, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Health and Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Patient Rights, Confidentiality, and HIPAA. Job duties, tasks, responsibilities, and activities may change from time to time.Education/Experience/TrainingHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.Working knowledge of general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, drawings, and safety instructions.Basic computer skills for work order and maintenance tracking systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectivelyProactive, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to recognize work requiring licensed or specialized trades and escalate appropriately.License and CertificationA valid driver's license is required.At a minimum, applicant must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 (General Industry) safety certification within the first six (6) months of employment.Trade-related certifications preferred but not required
