Job Description CNA – FT Evenings (Contract) – New York (14456)
Location: New York, 14456
Pay Rate: $665 – $762 (weekly)
Schedule: Full-Time, Evenings
Hours: 5x7.5s (7.5-hour shifts)
Includes: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

Position Requirements:
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required
BLS (AHA or RQI only) required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of LTC (Long-Term Care) or CNA experience required
Must have been licensed/certified for at least 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
Support resident safety by responding to call lights, preventing falls, and maintaining a safe environment
Assist with feeding, meal setup, and ensuring nutritional needs and preferences are met
Support mobility and rehabilitation activities such as transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition, behavior, and concerns
Communicate resident status updates to the Charge or Supervising Nurse in a timely manner
Additional Notes:
Role involves potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids
Must follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
