Job TitleLabor Management & StandardsProcess & Best Practice OptimizationAnalytics & Project ManagementWorking Conditions & TravelWhat You Bring (Qualifications)Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.Experience: 3–6+ years of applied Industrial Engineering experience, specifically within a high-volume Distribution Center, Warehouse, or Logistics environment.Technical Skills:High proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design and spatial analysis.Strong experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labor Management Systems (LMS).Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI).Continuous Improvement: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred. Experience with MOST or MTM is a strong plus.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and change management skills.
