Reframe Systems is a Physical AI and robotics company on a mission to make high-performance housing attainable and abundant in the communities where people want to live. Through our vertically integrated delivery model and highly automated microfactories, we deliver climate-resilient homes and buildings with greater speed and predictability than traditional construction.

Our volumetric modular buildings are produced in our Andover, MA microfactory, with a growing pipeline across North America and a new microfactory on the way. We are building a system that balances repeatability with site-responsive design, enabling homes adaptable to each site, community, and customer need. Our cross-disciplinary team brings together architecture, robotics, design engineering, software, factory operations, and field delivery to change how housing gets delivered.

We’re reimagining the future of housing through a smarter and more sustainable system that empowers people to live better. This is a cross-functional program management role. You are Reframe's risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.

You maintain the single source of truth on where every project stands across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Your job is to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time — and that risks surface weeks before they become expensive surprises.

You will own a portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery.

Interface with team leads across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to understand requirements, constraints, and dependencies

Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership on program health — translate complexity into clear, actionable status and risk summaries

Maintain the cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt, integrating timelines across all functions

Track factory capacity allocation against project demand; Risk Identification and Escalation

Flag critical path risks weeks before they materialize — not after

Manage project priority stack across all verticals and flag when priorities need to shift

When a project slows down, identify whether the root cause is a one-time issue or a systemic gap — and fix the system, not just the symptom

Facilitate PRD (Product Requirements Document) development with cross-functional stakeholders

6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environment

Demonstrated ability to identify and elevate schedule risks proactively — not reactively

Experience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking tooling

Comfort with AI-assisted workflows
