You are an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager and Direct Response Marketing leader with strong strategic instincts, leadership capability, and deep operational expertise within the HighLevel ecosystem. You understand how direct response campaigns, funnels, lifecycle marketing, automation, creative, AI-powered marketing , and customer journeys work together to drive measurable business growth, trial conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes.
You bring a strong execution mindset while also being an effective people manager who can build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. You know how to create accountability, provide strategic direction, prioritize effectively, and help team members grow while maintaining strong operational execution and marketing performance standards.
Earlier in your career, you were highly hands-on building funnels, automations, nurture campaigns, CRM workflows, direct response campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and conversion-focused growth initiatives. That experience allows you to quickly identify gaps, improve execution quality, guide teams effectively, and support scalable marketing growth without micromanaging.
You have meaningful experience working inside HighLevel and understand how to leverage the platform, automation tools, direct response marketing strategies, and AI-driven marketing capabilities to support integrated campaigns, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, operational efficiency, personalization, conversion optimization, and scalable growth.
You are highly data-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented. You value accountability, experimentation, testing, optimization, continuous improvement, strong cross-functional communication, and modern AI-enabled marketing practices . You know how to balance speed, execution quality, innovation, and team leadership while keeping stakeholders aligned around aggressive growth and conversion goals.
Integrated Campaign Management
Lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and customer engagement initiatives.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing integrated marketing team while remaining hands-on in driving strategic marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, funnels, webinars, customer journeys, and growth programs. Serve as a key strategic marketing leader, leveraging strong direct response marketing experience to help scale HighLevel's trial growth and customer acquisition efforts.
Align campaign messaging, offers, creative assets, and customer journeys across channels
Lead or co-lead, in partnership with the Sr. Director for go-to-market initiatives, launches, promotions, and recurring campaign programs.
Improve customer journeys from lead generation through conversion and retention
Leverage AI tools and AI-driven marketing practices to improve personalization, campaign efficiency, customer targeting, reporting insights, and operational scalability
Identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing workflows, customer engagement, and campaign performance
You understand how strong leadership, coordination, execution, and AI-enabled marketing contribute to overall business performance.
HighLevel Platform & Marketing Operations
Serve as a key operational and strategic leader for marketing execution inside the HighLevel ecosystem.
Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, funnels, pipelines, forms, and nurture systems in HighLevel
Support CRM management, segmentation, campaign setup, and customer communication flows
Partner with technical marketing and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Help maintain campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and reporting visibility
Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Support adoption of operational best practices and scalable systems
Explore and implement AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows where appropriate to improve execution quality and efficiency
Strong hands-on experience in HighLevel and a strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing operations are required for success in this role.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
Lead campaign analysis and continuous improvement efforts across marketing programs and customer journeys.
Track campaign performance across engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metrics
Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Support A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, workflows, and customer experiences
Partner with growth and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to inform marketing decisions
Contribute ideas that improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and operational execution
You are comfortable using both data and AI-powered insights to guide decisions while maintaining execution speed and quality.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, support, and develop a collaborative, high-performing integrated marketing team.
Manage, coach, mentor, and support team members across campaign execution and marketing operations
Provide clear direction, accountability, prioritization, and performance expectations
Help team members develop their marketing, operational, and strategic capabilities
Support workload management, resource planning, and execution prioritization across initiatives
Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development
Foster a team culture that embraces innovation, experimentation, adaptability, and AI-driven marketing evolution
You understand that strong team leadership is critical to delivering scalable and effective marketing outcomes.
Work closely with creative, growth, operations, product, and technical marketing teams to support integrated campaign execution and business goals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned and on schedule
Support campaign planning, project management, and execution tracking
Ensure customer-facing experiences remain consistent across channels and touchpoints
Contribute to process improvements that help teams execute more efficiently
You are highly collaborative and know how to keep projects and people moving forward in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Overall 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or related areas
  • 2+ years of people management experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, or mentoring marketing team members
  • Strong hands-on experience working within the HighLevel ecosystem
  • Experience building and managing funnels, automations, CRM workflows, nurture campaigns, AI-assisted marketing programs, and customer journeys in HighLevel
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how AI can be leveraged within modern marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, personalization, analytics, and campaign optimization
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, webinars, and funnel-based marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, conversion optimization, and AI-driven performance insights
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and team deliverables in fast-paced environments

Experience working in agency, SaaS, coaching, or high-growth business environments
Familiarity with direct response or performance marketing concepts
Experience supporting launches, webinars, promotions, or recurring campaign programs
Exposure to marketing operations, attribution, or customer lifecycle strategy
Experience collaborating with creative and technical marketing teams
Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools, automation platforms, content generation tools, or AI-assisted customer engagement strategies
