Patient Counselor
NVISION Eye Centers is one of the largest ophthalmology providers in the U.An innovative leader in ophthalmology, we are dedicated to providing the best patient experience through the use of the latest technology and treatment by the most talented and experienced surgeons in the industry. This Patient Counselor is primarily responsible for educating Ophthalmology patients and selling company services. Delivers high customer satisfaction (always friendly and helpful).
Through thorough education, overcomes obstacles to scheduling surgical procedures
Achieves company set key performance indicators such as average sales price, upgrade and conversion percentage.
2+ years of experience in patient counseling and/or sales, preferably in Ophthalmology or surgical practice
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is also a great fit
- High School Diploma or equivalent
