Compensation: $ 27- $ 31 per hour | Clinic-Based

$ 38- $ 44 per visit | Home-Based

** Overview: Nexus HR is looking for an Physical Therapist Assistant ** ** to treat adults and/or pediatrics within a designated area in Raleigh, NC. **

About the Job

This Certified Physical Therapist Assistant position is for a client of Nexus HR, located in Cary, NC. The role involves working in various settings, including a clinic, in-home daycare, and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinics. You may also have the opportunity to work in a combination of both clinic and home settings as a hybrid model. In this role, you will assist a licensed PT/OT/ST/MT/FT in implementing treatment plans, providing hands-on patient care, and documenting progress. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with the occupational therapist, patients, and their families to support their recovery and enhance their daily living skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Comprehensive assessments tailored treatment plans for patients, fostering their progress.

Evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.

Stay updated with advancements in treatment practices, ensuring patients receive the best care.

Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to deliver integrated care to our Patients.

Qualifications :

Certified by the National Board for Certification.

Experience working with both Adults and Pediatrics

Valid state license in the Physical therapy discipline.

Ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions
